On Saturday, June 21, 2008 the Friends of Greystone, the City of Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Police and Fire Departments, and the Beverly Hills Firemen’s and Police Officers Associations gathered for the1st Annual Greystone Park Family Festival. It was a fun-filled day and families enjoyed Pink’s Hot Dogs, Carvel Ice Cream, music, face painting, K-9 demonstrations, an antique fire truck display and a creative balloon artist. Visitors enjoyed docent led tours through the first floor of the Mansion and viewed a historical display with original Greystone photographs.

The Friends of Greystone presented a luncheon and lecture by author and Hearst Castle historian, Victoria Kastner, on September 24, 2009. Following the activities, the author of Hearst Castle: The Biography of a Country House and her latest book, The Gardens and the Land, Ms. Kastner was available to sign books. All proceeds from this event support the restoration of the greenhouse at Greystone.

Official Centennial Historian and author Robert S. Anderson presented "Beverly Hills The First 100 Years" to an enthusiastic crowd at Greystone Mansion. The Tea & Talk event was hosted by the Friends of Greystone and sponsored by The Capital Grille and Nespresso.

Offered exclusively at Greystone event silent auctions, the Ultimate Greystone Experience Dinner and Ultimate Greystone Experience Cocktail party provide a unique, glamorous and intimate evening at Greystone Mansion. The hosts and their guests enjoy cocktails and a private tour of the Mansion. Dinner guests partake in a delicious catered repast in the card room.

SIt was an afternoon with children, grandchildren and friends at Greystone Park and Mansion. Guests enjoyed docent-led tours of the Mansion, terrific food, entertainment and activities for all ages. The Beverly Hills Police were on hand for a K-9 demonstration, the Fire Department showcased a vintage fire trucks and the Park Rangers gave a presentation.

Saturday July 24th, 2010 the Friends of Greystone presented the “Concert in the Court-yard” featuring the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic, “L.A.’s Only Legal Orchestra,” with Founder-Conductor Gary S. Greene, Esq. The night included a reception on the terrace, the orchestra performing a program of popular and light classical music in the central courtyard, self guided tours of the Mansion, and those who wanted to dine after the concert, we are offered dinner at Enoteca Drago, on Beverly Hills’ elite Canon Drive restaurant row.

On Sunday April 11, 2010, the Friends of Greystone and the City of Beverly Hills sponsored the inaugural Greystone Mansion “Concours d’ Elegance”. FOG conducted Mansion tours and displayed a historic exhibit for the guests. The Concours exhibition included rare, classic and vintage automobiles and motorcycles from pre-war and post-war eras. Gourmet food and adult beverages, a marketplace with an array of merchandise rounded out the event ever so nicely.
